How do I migrate contacts from Cogeco email to iCloud?

I am in Ontario. I switched my provider from Cogeco to Bell. Suddenly I cannot send emails from my Cogeco account. I continued to receive them so did not know they were taking away this privilege. How do I take my contacts in Cogeco email and migrate them to my iCloud email.
