Title says it all. I can use my new Apple TV's search button to find Netflix shows and view them, but they never show up in continue watching. When I Install the Netflix app, (I've done it several times) I never get asked if I want to connect the app to the TV.
Is there any way to fix this?
Netflix has chosen to not integrate with the Apple TV app this way. It is intentional.

It's hard for me to imagine why they would do that. Especially since I can search for things that are on Netflix and watch them. Netflix also integrates fine with Google TV.
It appears that YouTube TV has gone the same route. I can install the app on Apple TV and watch stuff, but it never appears in Continue Watching.
The irony is that I got Apple TV specifically because Continue Watching was somewhat unreliable on my Google TV. ;)
Looks like the Apple TV will be going back to Best Buy.
Because they want you to open their app and see all the content they are pushing you to watch or any ads.
