How do I access my iCloud Music Library settings?

I get the message to synchronize my iPod Touch that I have to turn off my iCloud Music Library to allow my iPod Touch to update and store my music. I keep my music on both my iPod Touch and iPhone. How do I get to my iClould Music Library and manage those settings?
