Apple Music Sync and Crashing Issues on Mac and iPhone

Good evening, I've been having problems with my Apple Music. First, I was putting my music on Apple Music, and it wouldn't sync with my iPhone. After I activated the sync, it took a long time. Basically, it would load but it never advanced. At this point, I've done everything they say to do. Restart, clear cache, log out of both iPhone and Apple Music, uninstall the app. Everything. And the problem persisted.

I decided to delete all the music in Apple Music and the syncing still appears on the same side and it still doesn't advance. The problem now is that Apple Music on my Mac is very buggy and crashes. I really don't know what to do. I'm desperate and frustrated. I've done everything and nothing works.

As you can see in the images, in one I already deleted all my music and it says loading on the cloud and nothing. There is nothing to load, I deleted all my music.

In the other one, it is synchronized at the same percentage that I was synchronizing my music at. But the thing is that there is nothing left to synchronize.

Apple Music no longer works for me on either the Mac or the iPhone.
