AirPod Pro 2 Announcement LOW

Hello, I am reaching out in hopes someone can help me. For some reason, when I receive a call and I have my AirPod 2 in my ear , I can barely hear Siri Announce the person that’s calling me. I’ve tried a bunch of things to solve this problem. I’ve tried to factory reset them , changed a few of the settings on the AirPods. Nothing seems to work. Someone, Please Help . Thank you !!
