How long do support take to respond
I was setting up an account for Apple Books (via itunesconnect) to sell a book. I opted for a personal account, then realised that I needed a business account, so I could use by business paperwork.
I raised a request, via the contact form, to ask if they could reset the account, so I could start again.
I submitted the form at the start of November, it is now the start of January. Two months have passed.
How long do it normally take to get a response back when you ask for support via the Apple Books contact forms?
