Why are the HD version of movies hidden under the ”Buy 4K”-button in the Apple TV app for iPhone?
When I clicked ”Buy” (Köp on the screenshots below, it's in Swedish!) in the Apple TV-app on my iPhone for the movie ”The Cabin in the Woods”, it said two version were available: one with Hungarian subtitles and one without Hungarian subtitles. I didn’t need the Hungarian subtitles and therefore bought the one without Hungarian subtitles, which was also cheaper (I thought it was due to a license fee for the Hungarian subtitles). I wanted the 4K version, but nowhere did it specify that there was a quality difference between the two versions - the ONLY difference mentioned on the page was that one version included Hungarian subtitles and the other one didn’t. Both of these versions pops up when you click the ”Buy” button which has a 4K label, so NOWHERE is it labeled that one version is downgraded to HD. I haven’t watched the movie. I wanted a refund so I can purchase the 4K version of the film! But Apple said no to my request for a refund. Insane that their horrible UI that NOWHERE specifies that one version is only HD causes me to loose money.
Question: Since the Apple TV app for iPhone doesn’t tell you which version is HD and 4K, how am I supposed to know?
