AirPods not connecting after reset on iPhone

one my AirPods was not connecting. Only the left one was working. I reset my AirPods and hit remove device when I went on Bluetooth. Now my AirPods aren’t appearing on my “connect device”on Bluetooth . I turned my AirPods on and off several times and they still won’t connect to my phone. I don’t know what to do anymore I tried almost everything
