iPhone audio from Zoom call won't play on Bose Micro Soundlink Speaker

Prior to iOS 18.1.1, I never had an issue using my Bose Micro Soundlink speaker to listen to a Zoom call, and I still don’t have any issues listening to music on it. But now, I get about one second of sound from the call and it switches back to my iPhone 14 Pro. I end up having to use my earbuds. But I still like using my little speaker. Why won’t it work? And yes, it’s charged up. I can switch it to music right away and have no issues. This is a new issue that seems to have come with the latest operating system. Thanks for any insight anyone can give me.
