Brand new iPhone charger not working.

I got a new iPhone last month and I just now am using the charger that came with it but it isn’t working, I’ve tried it on multiple different outlets, I’ve swapped the box out thinking it was the box but no charge whatsoever. Can I get a new one if I bring it to Apple?
