I got a new iPhone last month and I just now am using the charger that came with it but it isn’t working, I’ve tried it on multiple different outlets, I’ve swapped the box out thinking it was the box but no charge whatsoever. Can I get a new one if I bring it to Apple?

What country are you located in? I ask because in the U.S. a charger is not included, it must be purchased separately. If you are in the U.S. and a charger was in the box with the iPhone there’s a good chance it’s counterfeit.
