Logic ProX not recording from audio interface

It's worked for years, but has stopped working recently.

From suggestions in another thread on this topic I made sure that Loguc Pro has microphone access in "Privacy & Security".

I've also tried restarting my computer with no luck.

Yes, I made sure that the correct input was selected.

Garage Band works.

I'm running a 2022 MacBook Air with Sonoma 14.6.1. I'm using an older Behringer UMC202HD. Even though it's an old interface they're still selling them which makes mec think it's not a totally antiquated model.

I'm hoping someone can help!
