After 18.2.1 update can't disable Touch ID for Numbers app

I am unable to remove touch id from numbers since recent upgrade 18.2.1

Have you tried the following:

go to Settings
at the bottom left tap “Apps”
in the list that opens find and tap on “Numbers”
toggle “Touch ID”

How can I disable Touch ID for Safari on my iPad? I have no idea how this started but as of today my iPad requires me to use Touch ID EVERY TIME I want to use Safari. I have spent time trying to alter the Touch ID settings but nothing seems to remedy the problem. Touch ID Not Completely Disabled Thought I understood this from another of my posts, but apparently I don't. I have Touch ID and Autofill Passwords OFF in as many places as I can find in Settings, but it's still popping up and allowing me to use Touch ID. E.g, I can open a password protected Keynote presentation using Touch ID. happens on both iPad 7th gen and iPhone 6S. Seems to be ok on iPhone 14 Pro (Keynote requires manual entry of password, Face ID doesn't work) TIA for any guidance.

There is no Toggle ID in the place you suggested. Since RLS 18 you can toggle Touch ID on individual apps by holding your finger on the app. I have resolved the issue. I had Touch ID active on the Files app. This was activating Touch ID on numbers as well .
