Using Automator to send email based on calendar event
I used to be able to use Automator to automatically send an email to my group based on a recurring calendar invite. Use case: (older people :o)) wanting an email sent each week for a recurring meeting invite. When the MacBook was open and powered up at the time of the meeting, the email would automatically send. Now, the recurring event is still there but I have to open the event, double click the "workflow" file, and click the "Play" button in Automator to send the email. Is there a way for this to be automated as before?
