sudo nvram boot-args="no_safe_mode" Doesn't Work on my M2 MacBook Pro

I'd like to turn the safe mode off by using "sudo nvram boot-args='no_safe_mode'" in my terminal to avoid bypassing the filtering service for my kid. I've done some research and most of statements say it's impossible to change the system-level setting. Does anyone know how to change it?
