MacBook Pro E key getting stuck and randomly unsticking

This is on a MacBook Pro early 2015 laptop

I am not sure why this is the case but for some unknown reason my e key keeps getting stuck and getting stuck, when use key testers to try to see the problem it appears as if the key is being held down by something, but im not sure what it is. I do not think it is food or dust as no other keys are having this issue. If it helps I had an earlier unrelated issue (which is now fixed) where my laptop was not turning on but the charger appeared green, and I tried to reset the SMG or the PRAM and im not sure if that somehow affected it, but I do find it strange.

When I do not touch the key and leave it alone it it appears as if nothing happens, but after a little bit of usage then it appears as if the key is held down but after some time it may reset, and with the key repeat settings being fast and delay into repeat being short it doesn,t repeat it constantly either.e
