How do I customize White Point and Saturation in macOS 14 on MacBook Air M3 for Accessibility
I have already adjusted the white point via customize under display. I have tried all standard color space options as well. I have also played with using night shift the whole time. The screen is still too intense. If I adjust the white point, it does not address saturation and the customization feature cannot balance the two. For the most part, you can only change the color temperature and brightness level, not the intensity nor the saturation in addition to the white point. Contrast can also be adjusted, but again saturation and intensity remain strong and cannot be muted. This makes the product look like android and Windows and I can barely use it for more than 30 minutes. One of the only reasons I use Mac products is that in the past I have been able to customize more the appearance to assist my eyes (still possible on the iPhone) How can I do it on a newer Mac Air with latest OS or is this the end of an era for apple and do I need to return it and find an older model? Or, is it possible if I download previous OS versions to have more customization in the appearance of the screen to soften it?
