I get this every time I try, I just want to change my app store location. It says I have credit and to spend it before I can change but it’s literally FORTY-FOUR CENTS. It’s not like I can buy anything with that?????? Someone help.

Hi! You can either purchase something that costs more than your balance from the App Store, iTunes Store or TV to clear your balance. Or, you can contact Apple Support and ask them to remove your balance: Contact - Official Apple Support
