Can I save Curators in Apple Music?

Is it possible to save or somehow get track of Curators in Apple Music without having to save add a playlist to your Library? I find it painful to have to first off remember all the them in my head, and then having to go search for them. I just want to save or follow them. Is that possible somehow?
