AirPods Not Working have tried almost everything to fix them

When I open my AirPods no light shows to see if they have charge however I have had them on charge 3 times on 3 different cables. I have then tried resetting them but using the push down technique and got to the amber but still didn’t get any improvement. I have disconnected them now from my phone to try and reconnect and they won’t find my phone at all I press the back but it goes white for a second then green and turns off. Please help what do I do

Am no expert in this area, yet your post deserves some reply.

If you use an iPhone: You can check if the iOS is up-to-date in Settings > General > Software Updates.

(NB: Always wise to back-up iPhone data first, if updating)

If you haven't already used them: Apple Support's online articles provide expert guidance.

Eg: Wondering if the firmware on the AirPods needs updating. AirPods would usually update automatically, given the right conditions. You can see the details in: About firmware updates for AirPods - Apple Support

If you use an iPhone, you can likely check the AirPod's battery percentage on that:

You can scroll to: "Check the battery percentage" in the article below

Charge your AirPods and learn about battery life - Apple Support:

Eg: says:

"Open your case lid with your AirPods inside and hold your case close to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Wait a few seconds to see the charge status of your AirPods".

If AirPods are not charging: See what to do: If your AirPods won’t charge - Apple Support

Eg: says:

"When you reset your AirPods, any custom settings you've made for your AirPods also reset.

You'll need change restore your custom settings after a full reset.

You may also want to check AirPods were correctly reset: See: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro"

If not connecting: Ensure firmware is up-to-date, and airPods settings are set-up correctl.y.

AirPods need to be properly charged, and in discovery mode:
