Recurring refund issue with Apple customer support

I just want to state that this is the 3rd time I’ve refunded something ever in my life on Apple and after months yes MONTHS WITH AN S I never got my money back ever. I have to go to customer support somehow talk to someone and get it escalated!? That’s infuriating and not going to lie sounds like it will take hours to do and probably not even work!? I don’t have time for this send me back my money Lebowski
