AirPods won’t connect after I’ve tried everything

I’ve tried resetting my AirPods, cleaning them, updating my phone, connecting through airplay (doesn’t connect), fully charging them, switching bluetooth on and off, even wiggling them! None of these work and I’ve tried everything to connect them… what should I do?
