Extra folder: Google Drive (not synching)

Hi, I'm using Google Drive on my macbook, but found a separate folder called "Goole Drive (not synching)" on the macintosh HD. Is this a default backup? Can I just delete it without affecting the original Google Drive folder? Thanks for any insights.

Time Machine - Extra, unknown folder being backed up Time Machine is currently backing up the HD on my 2017 Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017 iMac, running Ventura 13.4.1. It is correctly backing up: HD HD - Data But is also backing up a folder called "Video Editing". This is a folder I used to have on my computer. Through thorough searches, I do not believe it exists anymore. This folder exists in backups going back to Jan 2021. When I open the backup on the Time Machine drive it is showing 3 folders: HD HD - Data Video Editing I'm familiar with how to "Exclude from Backups", and would happily do this, but the folder/file does not exist on my HD, or any attached external drives. Any suggestions on how to find out where this file is being backed up from? Or how to make it stop? Thanks for your help

How can I delete the Backups.backupdb folder? When I try to upgrade my MacOS it says "this drive is being used for a Time Machine backup". My Time Machine is backing up to an external drive but somehow there is a Backups.backupdb folder on my main internal drive. I cannot find a way to delete or remove this folder from my internal HD. There is no "Move to Trash" option and when I try to change permissions to read & write it says I don't have the necessary permissions.

"Autosave Information" folders - Okay to delete contents? Hello - MacBook Pro 2019 - OS Monterey I've searched this forum to no avail so perhaps someone can direct me to a discussion about this question. There are a couple of folders in my Library that contain "Autosave Information" for Preview and Pages. Here are their file paths: Library/Containers/Preview/Data/Library/Autosave Information Library/Containers/Pages/Data/Library/Autosave Information I need more disk space and they take up 39GB and 10GB respectively. I'm pretty sure they are there to allow me to access previous versions of Preview and Pages files I've worked on in the past. I do not to do that so can I safely delete the contents of these two folders? Thanks - Doug
