AirPods Pro 2 not ringing or announcing calls from iPhone

I have a new pair of air pods pro 2, they seem to be working fine except when I get a phone call there is nothing coming through them. My watch vibrates but nothing from the air pods. I’ve tried resetting them, Siri announce is on for CarPlay and headphones. I’ve also tried resetting network settings with no change. Anyone able to assist please
