Why is the hearing aid function not working on my AirPods Pro 2? My country is Kazakhstan. When will it work? Can I contact government agencies of my country for expedited permission?

Some Hearing Health features are not currently available in every region. The Hearing Test and Hearing Aid features are regulated health features that require approval and will be offered after authorization is received. The link below lists supported regions. I do not see your country on the list. You can try contacting your government agency.
