How can I change the iCloud Photos folder location in Windows 10?

I installed the newest version of the iCloud app for Windows (10), replacing the version I’d been using for years. I get an error message…something like ‘cannot create file locations for photos’…or something to that effect. Looking at the file locations in the app, it still has the previous version’s location, which is on a NAS drive. I can’t find anywhere that allows me to change this location. The only thing I can change is the Shared Photos.

How can I change this location?

In addition to my original post:

I uninstalled iCloud from my Windows 10 pc, restarted, then re-installed the latest version of iCloud from the Windows Store. When I look at the iCloud Photos section, the app still has my file locations from the old version. Because that location was on a NAS drive, the photos won’t sync.

Is there any way to clear all the old settings, so I can do a completely new install?
