Endless icloud login loop

Like apparently many people, I am experiencing the endless icloud log in request on my PC. I have changed my password twice and that didn't make it go away. It seem my pc is held captive by icloud. Help someone please!

iCloud for Windows in an endless sign in loop iCfE is in an endless loop asking me to sign in again and again and again… It won’t stop. The prompt continues to pop-up in front of everything else I do. It is making it virtually impossible to use any other program or app. I’m signed into all of my iCfW apps except Passwords and Keychain. The problem started when I tried to approve the Passwords and Keychain app. PLEASE HELP!!!!
