How to fix "Recovery server could not be contacted" Error Message?

I was reinstalling High Sierra OS through Internet recovery on my MacBook 2011, and I received an error message "Recovery server could not be contacted." Now, I cannot proceed with installation.

If you or your friend have another Mac, you can create bootable macOS installer on USB stick memory.

Create a bootable installer for macOS – Apple Support (AU)
