Uploading movies to icloud from a PC

I've got movies that were taken on a digital camera which I want to upload to my icloud on my PC. My mac isn't working at the moment so am going straight into icloud from my web browser on my PC.

When I try and upload them my icloud won't let them transfer saying that only jpeg formats can be transferred - any ideas on how to do this?

Uploading Videos to iCloud When I attempt to upload a video from my PC onto iCloud, I see the message "Only Files in JPEG format can be loaded. Any ideas please?
