Error message "macOS can't repair the disk "ThunderBay"" on my Mac Studio

Using Studio Mac M1 and OWC ThunderBay 4 raid-5.

Working fine for 3 weeks then get this error after restarting computer.

macOS can't repair the disk "ThunderBay". You can still open or copy files on the disk, but you can't save changes to files on the disk. Back up the disk and reformat it as soon as you can.

How can this happen with a new drive? and will it happen again. should I copy reformat and copy everything back?
