How can I fix a corrupted ZIP file after downloading?

I can not download file #34 of 106 zip files. I have been downloading on chrome and everytime it fails although it downloads what seems like the full file size saying "Failed - Network error". I tried chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox with the same results. Firefox at least keeps the downloaded file as a zip file and i can not open it.

I tried to download it through chrome, microsoft edge and firefox on a different machine and it didnt work as well.

I dont know how to download this file. Can anybody help as the backup expires Feb 9th.
