Unable to change info in uploaded image

I would like to change the info on uploaded jpeg images, but I am unable to click on anything in that field. The jpegs were originally downloaded to my PC. Most were downloaded things like census records and documents that I chose to save as jpegs. Is there a way to do this? I need to add info in order for them to sort. Otherwise, it's just a big mess. Thanks.

An item named "IMG_7317.jpg" already exists in this location. Do you want to replace it with the one you're copying? Exactly as the tithe says. This is extremely annoying that I can only transfer 4 screenshots to one folder. I understand that the file name already exists but two or more files can eventually have the same name when dealing with thousands of screenshots. Can we get rid of the "skip and/or replace"option and just have the select all? If there is a way to do this I would love to hear about it because the current system is far from productive.
