How to select and edit multiple sheets in numbers on Mac

I'm wondering how to select multiple sheets in numbers to be able to either duplicate a box or a formula to all sheets of that document.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.6

There's no one-click option to do this.

While a document has (or can have) multiple sheets, they are all distinct. You can use the standard copy/paste feature to copy data from one sheet to another, but there's no automatic 'populate [this data] to all other sheets'.

You could probably craft something with AppleScript that iterates through the sheets, but you'd have to be clear about where you want the data to go - for example, if you're copying a formula from cell B3 on the first sheet, where should it go? In B3 on every table of every other sheet? What if there are multiple sheets? What if one sheet is different? Do-able, but these corner cases are often what makes such a seemingly simple task go off the rails.
