can not attach photo on forum

Can Not attach a Photo with my text message when replying to a thread on Pelican Porsche Forum.

Troubling shooting, I set up a "test Administrator" on my Macbook Air and WAS able to attach a photo along with the text body.

Why cant I attach when logged in as myself? No problem on my iPhone or my OLD 2013 iMac, but not on my 2023 Macbook Air! Why?

Below picture is the Preview of the thread on the forum.

Circled in RED is "test" text message title. Circled in BLUE is the photo attachment.

As you can see there is not a photo in the thread body, which is where the photo would appear in this preview and then be seen on the thread once submitted on the forum.

You'll have to ask the website managers of the Pelican Porsche Forum. This is an Apple forum and we're just end users like yourself.

something doesn’t make sense. why is it I can attach a photo if i login under one name on my mac but not attach a photo under another name. when i say login with different names, i don’t mean different names in the forum, i mean login to different Macbook names. i am the administrator on my Macbook and created another Test administrator on the same computer and was able to attach a photo on the forum. same computer. why would one administrator ok and not the other. again same computer. seems to me something in my 1 administrator name is off…? My ipHine 15 works as well as myold 2013 imac. thanks
