What is the "Byunghyun Koh" App? Mysterious Profile Appearing After an Update

This extension "Byunghyun Koh" appeared after an update and was listed as a profile. I read that it has something to do with LG Android. Apple automatically blocked it, but I accidentally allowed it. Does anyone know what this app is and how it got to my device?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 15.3
