Getting Full Quality Videos onto PC

I was wondering if there's any easy way to upload videos to my PC without losing quality?

Currently I have to wait for icloud to update but that can take days, I run a business and we often record using iPhone for short content. I've been made aware that the iphone stores a lower quality version of the video locally so when I send it to anything such as dropbox it sends as 720x1280 instead of 4k quality.

What's the beset ways to move files likes this?

Iphone speeding up videos transferred from pc to my phone Hello, so i've been facing an issue while trying to transfer videos from my pc to my iphone 12, they're always sped up no matter what i do, whether i transfer them locally or from cloud services theres always this speeding up issue and it is not local either, if i try to reupload it somewhere else after saving on my phone it retains the same sped up speed i asked my friend to try downloading the video from his phone and he said it was perfectly fine so this might be a issue with my device if anyone knows a fix/why this is happening please reply to this

All downloaded files are reduced in size Hello. I shoot video on my phone with size 1920 x 1080. But when I try to transfer these videos to a macbook or download them using icloud, they all turn into 1280 x 720. How to transfer them while maintaining the original size?
