Numbers formula

Hi there. I have a formula where as if there are any entries that say "TBA", the cell displays "ORANGE CELL = CLIENT TO PROVIDE MISSING INFORMATION". I would like that formula to include "TBA", not just "TBA" on its own. For example, next to "OTHER PLACEMENT" it includes TBA but there is extra text. Is there any way this formula can be changed to contain TBA not just be TBA?
