Passes disappeared from Apple Wallet

Hi, I’m running an iPhone 15 on IOS 18.1.1. My problem is that some of my passes (football season tickets, Tesco Club Cards and Boots loyalty cards keep disappearing a few days after I add them to my wallet. Credit/debit cards are not affected, neither is my nectar loyalty card. None of these tickets/passes have expired, and they can’t be found in the ‘Expired Passes’ section. I’ve tried toggling on and off the ‘Hide Expired Passes’ option in Settings but this hasn’t worked either. Please help!

Start by updating to iOS 18.3 followed by a full power-off / restart cycle of your device.

We’ll work from there.

Thanks for the quick reply. Now updated to 18.3 and I’ve added the offending items to my wallet again… I guess we’ll know in the next few days whether anything has changed for the better.

The funny thing is…. I’m based in the UK but when I visited Canada for 6 weeks over December and January, the passes stayed where they were supposed to! Then when I returned to the UK, they were gone again within a week 🤔

Well, it took a week to happen… but yes, my passes have again done a runner from my wallet. Now updated to 18.3 (which brought on its own problems re. notifications… resolved by deleting and re-installing the apps in question) but sadly the issue with the wallet remains.
