Use of Impact Font for Commercial Purposes

Hi,

I want to use the Impact font for a design project (a book cover). It comes pre-installed with my OS (Sonoma) - I think. Am I right in thinking that it's OK to use this font for commercial use?

Thanks.

OK, it says, "You may use this font as permitted by the EULA for the product in which this font is included to display and print content. You may only (i) embed this font in content as permitted by the embedding restrictions included in this font; and (ii) temporarily download this font to a printer or other output device to help print content."

It doesn't explicitly mention commercial use but it does say "to display and print content". How do you interpert that?

Yeah, I have no idea. I can’t speak legalese. There are a few regular contributors here that may be able to translate.
