Unable to transfer from apple wallet to bank/card

I’m unable to transfer from apple wallet to my bank. There is no button to click for transfer. Can anyone help?

You can transfer funds into and out of Apple Cash. Tap the More button in the top right corner of the Apple Cash card and then tap Add Money or Transfer to Bank.

Are you in the Wallet app? Double clicking the side button (power button) is not how you open the Wallet app.

only have card number, card details & notification button. No transfer button
