Purchases declining after adding a new card in Apple Wallet
I got a new phone and added my card to my wallet. It keeps declining purchases. I have money on there so I don’t understand!

Apple is not a bank and cannot approve or decline a transaction. What does the transaction terminal say when your card is not accepted at the merchant’s location?
