Not All Apps are for ALL Platforms:
Which apps are you referring to? Not all apps are authored to for iOS and macOS, as they are entirely-different to platforms.
Enable Apps in ScreenTime:
How to do so in an iPhone…
- Go to: Settings
- Tap: Screen Time
- Tap: Allowed Apps
- Tap: [an app) (So it is in "ALLOWED APPS")
