I have ordered mac book m2 but my amount was debited from my bank, my order didn’t place yet? I paid through UPI and in guest mode, if i contact apple they told order still not yet placed and i checked my bank staff also And in UPI the to address was mentioned as Billdeskpg.apple@HDFC? Can someone please help to solve this issue please

I'm a bit confused. If you ordered your Mac from Apple then your order status will be available to view in Viewing & Changing Orders - Shopping Help - Apple.

UPI is an payment system offered in India, and HDFC is an Indian bank. It would appear that Mathi paid, or attempted to pay, via electronic funds transfer.
Regardless, as you say, Mathi will need to contact the store from whom he/she ordered the Mac.
