Video sideway and stretched on Mac and apple devices

Why is my videos keep loading sideways and look stretched on my Mac and Apple devices?

I don't have this issue on my Android phone or table....how do I fix it?

it very annoying if this is glitch of the software, maybe apple could rectify this in there next update if this as Macos or IOS error in their upgrade maybe?
