I no longer have the option to switch to savings in Apple wallet. I’ve tried taking the card off, switching the phone off then adding it back on nothing is working. My husbands card still has that option on his phone, same account 2 different cards can anyone help me with this please

Apple Card has two options for additional cards. One is co-owner of Apple Card. The other is a participant. Each co-owner can have an individual savings account. Participants cannot open a savings account.

Apple Savings account is not a joint account. It’s an individual account and only the account owner has access to the account.
You mentioned taking the card off and putting it back on. I’m assuming you’re referring to an Apple Card Mastercard. It’s a requirement to be an Apple Card account owner to have an Apple Savings account.
You’ll need to talk to your bank. My understanding is the Australian government changed some banking regulations and EFTPOS cards work differently. When you checkout, the merchant selects accounts. Please contact the support team at your bank and check how the systems are currently operating.
What country are you in? Is the card an EFTPOS card?

It’s a joint bank account we have a card each I am adding our cards to Apple wallet one is giving the option to use savings the other isn’t
