Passes disappear from Wallet every time there’s a software update WHY?!

every time, and I do mean every time, there is a software update passes disappear from my wallet and I have to re-add them. They are not in expired passes. It’s a gym pass and my commuter pass. I have a brand new phone so the version of my phone isn’t the issue.

iPhone 16 Pro Max, iOS 18

The issuer of the tickets controls the tickets when they are in Apple Wallet. It sounds like a software flaw in the tokens they are issuing. Tokens are the virtual form of the paper tickets and it’s what the issuer adds to the Wallet app. Contact the issuer and request they update and revise their tickets/tokens.

If it were an Apple issue it would affect everyone. My American Airline tickets are safe and sound in my Wallet app.
