How to import data to Numbers spreadsheet

Need to import csv file to numbers spreadsheet. Don't see any way to do that. Did it last year, and "help' feature says it can be done, but can't find feature on app, or 'Help' site?

iMac 24″, macOS 15.3

Open a blank Numbers spreadsheet and then use the File menu > Open command and navigate to the .csv file and open it.

Or you can drag the .csv file to the Numbers.app icon

Or you can ctrl-click on the .csv file and choose Open With -> Numbers.app

Or you can open Numbers.app with a blank sheet and drag the .csv file to the front document to create a table with the data.

Not quite sure why you're having an issue with this.
