Seeking IPhone training/support for the visually impaired beyond Lighthouse for the Blind

My friend has macular degeneration and uses his IPhone to read books and uses voice over. He is trying to learn how to use Seeing AI. He needs more assistance than what Lighthouse for the Blind can offer him. Do you know or have any programs that could help him use his IPhone to become more independent?
