How do I fix grayed-out switch control without Assistive Touch on iPhone?
I am trying to access my switch control but it is grayed out. I do not have assistive touch set up so that is not the problem.

Hi nylah202.
welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) community!

Thank you for your post to the community, and for letting us know we can rule out assistive touch as a cause.
Wondering if you have this issue on iPhone (moderator) or iPad mini (as listed at the bottom of your post).
Wondering too, where you are seeing Switch control grayed out ( eg: in a setting ... in an app )
If you haven't started using Switch Control yet, that may why it is grayed out ...
seems Switch Control would need to be set up first, in order to turn it on and use it.

Else: If you have already set-up, and have been using Switch Control:
You can check whether Switch Control may be turned off somewhere ...
in the Accessibility Shortcut,
or in Control Center.
or in Settings > Accessibility > Switch Control

Another possibility:
Perhaps there may be restrictions in place on using Switch Control :
Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
All the best :-)
