How do I resolve unauthorized transactions and recover Apple Cash funds?

Woke up to several unauthorized transactions by American Musical Supply and I reported it several days ago, but still haven’t heard back from anyone in regards to this. I’ve tried several times to contact this company to no avail. I had right around $300 in Apple Cash and now it’s saying I’m overdrawn $444. Not sure how this can happen. I need that money back to pay bills. Please figure out what’s going on. Thanks.
