Unable to add Cash App card to MacBook

Hi, I'm trying to add my Cash App card to my Apple Wallet on my MacBook. I get to the choose a verification method screen, and the only option is to call Cash App. However, when I click Next, it says "Verification Not Available Try again in a few minutes." I've removed and re-added the card, with no success. I have been able to add it to my iPhone, so it isn't an issue with the card. What should I do?

Edit: I've also successfully added my Capital One card to it.
